Odile is a traditional Vietnamese cook with a lifetime of experience. She is the ultimate cook, having learned from both her grandmother and mother from childhood. She has a knowledge of cooking, tips, and techniques that can only be gleaned from family traditions and many hours spent in Vietnamese kitchens. Odile is Vietnamese by way of Switzerland; and has hosted cooking shows on Swiss TV that showcased her talent. In her home-style dishes, she uses organic and local ingredients with many ingredients coming from her own sizable garden. It is her passion and true joy to provide her cooking class participants with an unforgettable, enriching and delicious experience!
