Croissants - 2 Day Workshop February 1st @ 4:30pm and February 2nd @ 9:30am
Learn to make flaky, buttery croissants! On day one we will make the dough and and discuss the process making laminated (layered) dough. Yeast and how to use it will also be discussed. We will turn the dough and get it ready for rolling and shaping the next morning. We will make traditional CROISSANTS and PAIN CHOCOLAT
On day 2 we will bake some here and you will have plenty of dough to take home for baking! Turn your home kitchen into a Parisienne bake shop with this fun class!
