A light and flaky alternative is so-called ‘Quick Puff Pastry’ (also known as Blitz Puff Pastry) that is easy to make and can be used for a variety of sweet or savory creations. We will make the dough and learn the ins and outs of how to use it to make:

• Parmesan Straws

• Apple Turnovers

• Bacon + Onion Tarts

• Palmiers
