Learn how to make three classic sauces and what to do with them. We will concentrate on the following classic sauces, both hot and col:

  • Homemade Mayonnaise for amazing Deviled Eggs

  • Bechamel Sauce that we will become a rich cheesy Mornay Sauce we will use to make the ultimate macaroni and cheese.

  •  Velouté Sauce for making a Mushroom Soup and Sauce for Chicken
