What should I bring?

Please no open toed shoes in class - something that won’t slip and that will protect your feet from any hot substances is preferable. Shirts with sleeves that you can roll up or aren’t too baggy.

There may be things to take home with you in some of the classes, if you are traveling, you might want a small cooler. We would like to be as 'green' as possible, so if you are taking a class that is making dishes to take home you should bring some containers to cart your culinary booty home!

That’s it! We will provide aprons, and any other tools related to your class!
