Get ready for your young bakers to explore all kinds of sweet and savory baked items. Each day we will learn new techniques and recipes. You’ve watched the shows, now learn how to make an amazing array of specialty treats!

For Kids Ages 8 to 14

Day 1: Blueberry Streusel Muffins, Chocolate Chip Scones, Strawberry Shortcakes, Fresh Fruit Cobbler

Day 2: Cream Puffs with Pastry Cream and Chocolate Glaze, Eclairs, Cheese Straws, Palmiers, Cream Filled Swans

Note: Yeast doughs will be made on this day in preparation for day 3

Day 3: Donuts, Bagels and Challah

Day 4: Chocolate Devil’s Food Ganache Cakes, Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, French Macarons, Apple Turnovers

Day 5: Individual Lemon Meringue Pies, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Tarts with Gold Leaf, Blueberry Crostadas
