We will source all kinds of fresh local ingredients for each day's class at the height of the summer bounty! We have chickens in the backyard for eggs and we will have all kinds of vegetables growing here, too. We’ll pick tomatoes and basil from the garden for our grilled pizza and use the freshest of eggs to make deviled eggs and pastries. We will make cheese with local milk and do some canning and pickling.

We’ll use the freshest stuff we can find to make all kinds of tasty dishes. We’ll even do some smoking and open fire cooking here as well. Come join us as we get back to the land together.

We will make lunch as a group each day with the best of what is available.
