Nourishing Seasonal Vegan Bowls with Chef Ava Tuesday November 4th 5pm - 7pm

What’s the formula for a well balanced plant-based meal? Something green, a grain, a healthy fat, a protein and some veggies. Learn how to make two different nourishing vegan bowls that are catered to what’s currently in season, so you can take care of yourself and the planet at the same time. We’ll make two different bowls that hit all of the targets. One with a base of wild and brown rice, with baked cool season veggies, lentils, pickled red onion, and a maple mustard vinaigrette. The second will have a base of farro with an arugula pea pesto, lemon tofu, spinach and a garlic aioli.
