In this class we’ll learn how to make a vegan take on two Italian classics - chicken masala and tiramisu. We’ll make from-scratch seitan, a wheat gluten based vegan protein, cooked in a rich mushroom and wine sauce that we’ll eat over top of spaghetti. For dessert we’ll make vegan tiramisu with homemade coffee and rum soaked lady fingers, a dairy free custard creme. This rich meal is perfect for vegans and any lovers of Italian food. Buon appetito!
