We’ll start with mazurkas, a Polish bar cookie layered with gooey jam and packed with oats and nuts—beautiful, nostalgic, and incredibly satisfying. Next up are double chocolate buckwheat cookies, deeply chocolatey, delightfully chewy, and naturally gluten-free. Finally, you’ll make speculaas, spiced Dutch butter cookies with a crisp bite and cozy holiday flavor, made even more festive with a citrus glaze or a dusting of sparkling sugar. You’ll leave with a box full of freshly baked goodies, a collection of new recipes, and a few new techniques to sweeten your own holiday traditions.
