Together, we’ll make zesty chimichurri, creamy homemade mayonnaise, sweet and tangy bread & butter pickles, vibrant preserved lemons, dukkah—a crunchy Egyptian spice and nut blend—and to satisfy your sweet cravings, a dreamy chocolate hazelnut spread.

We’ll cover essential techniques, storage tips, and creative ways to use each condiment—and you’ll also get to taste examples of how they can elevate a variety of dishes. Whether you're topping grain bowls, dressing sandwiches, or spicing up your favorite grilled proteins or veggies, you’ll leave with inspiration, know-how, and an abundance of condiments to stock your fridge and pantry full of flavor.
