During this hands-on experience, Emily will guide you through every step of the bagel-making process, from mixing and fermenting the dough to rolling the bagels to boiling and baking. But that's not all! In addition to mastering the art of bagel-making, we'll be making indulgent whipped cream cheese spreads that will elevate your bagel creations to new heights including a savory Scallion Cream Cheese that adds a burst of freshness to each bite and a delightfully sweet and nutty Honey Pecan Cream Cheese.
