Beginner Friendly Vegan Meals with Chef Ava: Tuesday, February 17th from 5-7:30pm

If you’re new to vegan cooking and looking for some dishes that are easy, but delicious, filling and nourishing, this class is for you. We’ll make two different dishes. First, some easy peasy peanut noodles with fresh veggies, bean sprouts, crushed peanuts and a flavorful sauce. We’ll also make a hearty stuffed acorn squash. You’ll learn to make spiced candied pecans and caramelized onions that’ll fill up the center, along with wild rice, lentils and herbs, plus an easy maple tahini dressing. You’ll feel like a vegan cooking pro after this class with Chef Ava.
