There’s nothing quite like a fresh, homemade donut and in this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make them from scratch. We’ll explore both classic yeasted donuts and tender cake donuts, covering the techniques that make each style unique.
You’ll learn the secrets behind mixing, shaping, frying, and finishing donuts like a pro. Once the donuts are fresh out of the fryer, the fun continues with a variety of glazes, toppings, and fillings, from simple and classic to creative and indulgent.
You’ll leave with new baking skills, plenty of donuts to enjoy, and the inspiration to keep experimenting in your own kitchen.
