In this hands-on class, J. invites you into her culinary roots, sharing the authentic techniques and personal stories behind making traditional dumplings from scratch. Join her in the kitchen as she expertly prepares delicious Pork and Shiitake Dumplings, flavorful Shrimp and Pork Shumai, and a spicy, aromatic Chili Oil!

And don’t forget—you can take home J.’s signature dumplings and sauces, available for purchase after class!
