You'll learn how to make a bright and creamy Peach & Goat Cheese Soup, the rich Spanish classic Salmorejo, a smoky-sweet Chilled Elote Soup, and a refreshing Watermelon Gazpacho.

Along the way, we'll talk about ingredients, techniques, serving ideas, and simple ways to adapt these recipes with what's in season. Come curious and ready to sample some delicious cold soups!
