To start, we’ll focus on one of the classics, eggs benedict! The version we’ll make will be vegetarian style - a poached egg on top of smokey mushrooms on homemade garlic and tomato focaccia, and of course topped with one of the traditional ‘mother sauces,’ hollandaise! Next, we’ll make gluten free buckwheat crepes filled with an almond whipped ricotta cream and sweet cherry sauce.
