Tomatoes, basil, cucumber, peppers. These are just some of the seasonal harvest items we’ll be celebrating in class. We’ll make a salad, appetizer and main course in this Italian class perfect for Summer.

First, a bright Italian salad with a flavorful homemade vinaigrette. Next, panzanella, a classic zesty Italian bread salad with fresh tomatoes, herbs and cucumbers. Lastly, a roasted red pepper pasta that’s creamy and luxurious, with a little kick.
