Join us for a hands-on culinary journey through South America as we prepare a flavorful menu inspired by some of the region's classics.

You will learn how to make the famous Peruvian Chicken with Ají Verde - the juicy, rotisserie style chicken with a vibrant, spicy green dipping sauce. Next, we’ll make Arepas, crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside, with corn as the main ingredient. A perfect companion to the Peruvian Chicken, this beloved staple in Colombia and Venezuela also shines as a light meal on its own.

To round out the meal, we'll prepare curtido, a lightly fermented cabbage slaw from El Salvador. Its bright, tangy crunch provides the perfect balance to the rich, savory flavors of the chicken and arepas.
