In this hands-on class, we'll prepare three delicious Thai dishes. You'll learn to make a rich and creamy Massaman Curry filled with vegetables and peanuts, served alongside fragrant jasmine rice. We'll also cook an aromatic Thai Basil Tofu Stir Fry packed with colorful vegetables and fresh herbs. And because no Thai feast is complete without dessert, we'll finish with the beloved classic Mango Sticky Rice, a simple yet unforgettable combination of sweet coconut sticky rice and ripe mango.
