Unlock the magic of rough puff pastry (also known as blitz puff pastry) in this hands-on class where buttery layers are easily within reach. Learn the techniques behind creating light, flaky pastry with a fraction of the time and effort of traditional laminated doughs.

Together, we’ll shape sweet and savory treats—from elegant palmiers with a caramelized cinnamon sugar coating to beautifully braided fruit strudels and savory, herby cheese straws, perfect for your next party.

By the end of the class, you’ll not only take home your finished pastries but some extra pastry dough to practice your new skills at home.
