Roll up your sleeves and prepare to get messy, because we’re going to be making pasta from scratch! Whether you’re a long time pasta maker who’s looking for a vegan recipe that doesn’t compromise taste, or you’ve never tried homemade pasta, this class will be lots of fun. We’ll be making a traditional semolina dough and rolling it out to make ravioli that we’ll stuff with a pumpkin, walnut and vegan ‘ricotta’ filling. We’ll also make a creamy sauce with sage and mushrooms. Hope to see you there!
