How late can I cancel my registration and still get a refund?

Classes may be cancelled for a refund or class credit up to 7 days prior to the date and time of your class. Please email us with your cancellation request.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide refunds or credits for cancellations made with less than 7 days notice, as this does not give us sufficient time to fill your spot.

Can I transfer my registration to a friend?

Yes, you are always welcome to transfer your registration to someone else. This is a good solution if you discover you are unable to attend a class at the last minute.

What if there’s bad weather?

If weather or road conditions make it unsafe for students or teachers to travel, we’ll inform you as soon as possible. We usually try to reschedule classes that are cancelled due to weather, and if you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, we’re happy to give you a refund or class credit.

Are classes ever cancelled for other reasons?

We will occasionally need to cancel a class due to low enrollment. If this is the case, we’ll attempt to inform you at least a week in advance, and you will have the option of either a refund or class credit.
