Whether your New Year's resolution is to eat more veggies, or you just don’t think you like salads and want to change that, I’m here to help! The key to a good salad is the combo of textural elements, a balance of sweet and savory, a combo of healthy fats and some protein to keep you full, and of course a delicious homemade dressing. In this class, you’ll learn to hit all those marks with multiple delicious recipes. We’ll be making a Seasonal Fennel Salad, a Roasted Veggie Salad and a Green Goddess Salad, each with a homemade dressing and lots of tasty components. *This class is vegetarian but can be modified to be vegan if needed.

It’s soup season! If you’ve been eating the same chicken noodle, it may be time to try some vegan soups this year! In this class, we'll be making three different soups, each inspired by a different region. First, a plant based take on the classic Thai Tom Kha, replacing chicken with tasty oyster mushrooms. This soup is creamy and light at the same time, spicy, aromatic and absolutely delicious. We’ll also make an irresistibly hearty and spicy West African Peanut Stew, filled with sweet potatoes and collards. Lastly, a Mediterranean inspired Lemony Cauliflower and Orzo Soup, full of spinach and herbs. Come travel around the world while we warm our bodies and fill our bellies!
